I just wanted to add that the Foot Massage Therapy Video 1 and of course also part 2 are meant for general relaxation of the foot and ankle area. Those videos do not contain anything about relexology foot massage. Just incorporate the techniques into a full body massage or just do a foot massage itself. It's great for everybody who has to wear tight shoes or even high heels all day long, but it is also great after sports and hiking.
