Massage Tips page ready
Make sure you think about what I say in the article. They are very crucial for success in massage, especially if you are a beginner. I have used these points effectively in many Partner Massage seminars. My main issue are (and I will bring some more about this)
1. Hygiene of both the giver and the receiver. No touching face after touching feet or other body parts.
2. Pain - Stop when it hurts. I have met many professional therapists who insist that pain is good or sometimes necessary. I have rarely accepted pain in my work as a sign of healing, but rather saw it as a dead end. I believe it is neglect on their part of the body's intelligence to know what's good and what's not.
The more flexible you are and the more you can adapt to different situations by learning and studying, no matter if it is on a person,in books, in courses or even listening to the news on the TV, the more creative your work will be and the more you will find your way to effective massage without any pain.
