Eye Massage Video
Well I'm not sure how much this massage helps, because it didn't make my eyes feel that great. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and so I do not really appreciate lots of moving things on the computer.
I have noticed in my practice that a lot of my clients who are working on computers complain about problems with their eyes. We have seen at least some gadgets pop up which are supposed to massage the eyes.
Eye massage is great as a relaxing technique, but oftentimes a piece of cucumber or a fresh rose do the same.
Most of us strain when we sit in front of the computer or TV a lot, because we do not take enough breaks in between our sessions. Just a few minutes is usually enough.
Yoga exercises to strengthen the eye muscles can also be a valuable addition.
If you consistently experience headaches and pain in your temples, then you should probably consider seeing an eye doctor. Prescription glasses or contact lenses can sometimes really make a difference. I just had a friend buy one of those $ 8 Zenni Optical Rx Eyeglasses. And he is very happy with them.
