Russian Massage Video
This is a very interesting video showing Elena Zemskova practicing some of her Russian Massage techniques. It is called Russian Chiro Massage video, "chiro" is from "kheir" (hand) spoken by people of Greece starting about 1000 B.C.
This Russian massage therapy seems to be heavily influenced by different massage techniques of this world.
There are internal as well as external techniques, it resembles partly Shiatsu, Thai (although there is a bunch of stretches I have never seen), Tuina (especially the longitudinal stretches with two people), Ayurvedic massage (especially in the beginning using a 4 handed technique), barefoot massage, etc.
I think there is some nice ideas in this video and is probably not what you expect when you hear Russian massage.
