Aromatherapy Massage Video
Aromatherapy massage video clips are for most part pretty useless (as far as what I was able to find on the net.)
A lot of the videos are so chopped up and in 10 parts, that it is hard for me to actually watch through all of them.
But I found this really neat introduction Aromatherapy massage video that I wanted to show you. Actually it inspired me to write an article about it. (Link below)
I'm not super happy with the way the massage techniques are shown in the video, but massage is very subjective, so everybody has their own style.
Fact is though that the lady did a very nice 30 minute video clip series (in 3 parts) that is very clear and basic, so it is very useful to the novice but also for the pro as well.
Aromatherapy massage definitely plays an important role in many massage traditions and I have personally experienced it with my clients that fragrance can be an exceptional stimulant and relaxant.
Just make sure your client is not sensitive to fragrances and use the oil (which are very potent) only in small quantities. Less is often more.
I have noticed that when you use a certain essential oil on people for a while, that that oil alone can sometimes recreate some of the effects of massage, even without doing a massage.
