The back massage video 1 shows the warm up of the back massage. I just want to add some thoughts to this video.

I usually include the buttocks in the back massage. The buttocks, hips and lower back are closely related, so you should always treat them together. Because the video would not be considered family-friendly if I would show massage with lotion in that area, I had to leave it out.

Sorry 'bout that. Just one addition that you should be aware of when you use these techniques on the buttocks. Never pull the cheeks apart. It is embarrassing and uncomfortable for most people.

I know a lot of people who don't want to invest in a massage table or massage chair. These simple Thai massage techniques can be used on a bed and it works great. Just make sure that the bad has a good height and is not too low. Sofa's are usually not that great for that technique, because they are too narrow and most of the times also too low.

We are not showing the techniques where you fill the ears with oil and shirodhara where you continuosly drip warm massage oil on your forehead. If you ever get a chance to experience that, go for it, it is great for turning into a vegetable.
