I have put together a massage styles web page with video links. I show a brief summary of the most important aspects of each style and offer links to pages that show video clips of the respective massage style and more information. I will update this page as I go along. There are many massage styles and massage techniques today that I have not mentioned in my article yet, so please be patient I will post them in the future.

Prostate massage video clips seem to pop out more and more on the internet. Why is that? Is it just because it is something unique or because people are just looking for the newest rush? Anyway the websites offering these videos are mainly adult oriented and so I tend to think that this whole thing is more driven by that industry rather than by a newly found interest in prostate health and prevention of prostate diseases.

Either way my research shows that prostate massage is not necessarily promoted much by the medical profession, which does not prove that it would not be a valid method to improve prostate health.

I guess until there are scientific studies (if there ever will be any), you have to make up your own mind. I personally don't feel that this massage should be performed by anyone other than a trained physician. That's just my 2 cents.

It is hard to find Korean Massage video clips on the net. Even though this is such a powerful and great massage style, it is just slowly gaining a foothold in the western world. I like it close relation with martial arts philosophy. I mean anybody who ever did energy work and martial arts knows that the chi is what makes both activities powerful. No chi - no power. See one of the masters use a hip loosening technique, which works really great.

Very interesting is also that the table setting is really low, which makes it a lot easier to kneel and place your foot onto the table.
