Massage Video
A massage video can be a very helpful medium if you don't have access to personal massage training or want to refresh your memory on techniques that you have already learned. Or perhaps you just want to explore new techniques and styles, but don't want to commit to a full massage course in that particular massage style.
When I attended my first massage courses, I would have loved to get a massage video of what I’d learned. Over the years I have found that videos can be a very inspiring and refreshing tool. Actually, every time I look at one of my massage videos - I see and learn something new.
For beginners, videos can be a very good guide to finding the most suitable massage style. I attended many massage courses and massage seminars. I prefer hands-on massage education. But there have been many occasions in my life where massage videos made it possible for me to learn a particular massage style that was not offered where I lived, etc.
What do you need to watch for when choosing a massage video?
- Of course you always want to buy a massage video from a trusted source. This does not just include the shop you buy from, but also the institute or the massage teacher that produced the video.
- Try to find reviews about the product you intend to buy. The Internet has a vast amount of information about many massage video products.
- Picture quality and audio are important, but more important is clear visibility of techniques and clear instruction of the particular massage style.
I really like to watch massage videos - even when I don't particularly like the massage style being presented. Every massage teacher has his own treatment, approaches and solutions. I find it is a great opportunity to increase my knowledge about the fact that every physical problem can be approached and solved in many different ways. Each approach can be seen as a massage tool and the more tools you have available, the more treatment options you will be able to offer.
Massage-Tools.com has a nice variety of high quality massage videos. Read the reviews yourself.
